Clothes Fall Off will return to the races following a brief break in Wednesday’s $200,000 Honorable Miss H. (G2) at Saratoga.
The 5-year-old Cheyenne Stables’ colorbearer broke her maiden as a 2-year-old in her debut at the historic New York track. Trainer Kiaran McLaughlin gave the daughter of Daaher a short rest after an uncharacteristic performance in Keeneland’s Madison S. (G1).
The bay, who has finished in the top three in 12 of 16 lifetime starts, has responded well, turning in a series of sharp works, including a bullet five furlongs on July 18.
The Honorable Miss drew a top-quality field of distaff sprinters, including multiple Grade 1 winner Paulassilverlining and the duo of Finley’sluckycharm and By the Moon, both who won Grade 3 races in each of their previous two starts.
Wednesday’s six-furlong race has a total of five runners, with Clothes Fall Off and rider Joel Rosario in post four. The Honorable Miss is race 9 with a post of 5:40 p.m. ET and can be seen live on TVG.
