Clothes Fall Off easily took Saturday’s $125,000 Correction S. at Aqueduct, repeating her feat in last year’s running of the race.
The Cheyenne Stables’ colorbearer gave her connections some anxious moments on the turn, when she was forced to go very wide, but once the field straightened for home, the 5-year-old hit her best stride and powered past the leaders to win by about four lengths.
The win was actually Clothes Fall Off’s first since the 2016 Correction, but she was away from the races for the last eight months of the year. With the win, her record upped to 5-6-1 in 15 starts.
