Factorofwon debuts for Cheyenne in Saratoga’s Coronation Cup

When Factorofwon breaks from the gate in the $100,000 Coronation Cup on July 30 at Saratoga, it will be the 3-year-old filly’s first start for Cheyenne Stables and trainer Christophe Clement.

Cheyenne acquired the gray daughter of The Factor after her runner-up finish in the $100,000 Stormy Blues S. on July 7 at Laurel Park. She also won the May 27 Black Pearl S. at Santa Anita Park in her stakes debut. Her overall record stands at 2-1-2 in nine starts, with earnings of $111,375.

The Coronation Cup, at 5 1/2-furlongs on the turf, drew a field of 10 3-year-olds, with Factorofwon drawing post three. Joel Rosario has the riding assignment.

The Coronation Cup is race seven on Monday’s card, with a scheduled post time of 4:23 p.m. ET.
