Cheyenne Stable LLC’s Ozara (IRE), who won Saratoga’s De La Rose S. on July 10, looks to continue her winning ways when she goes postward in the July 8 Ballston Spa S. (G2) over the same Saratoga turf course.

A four-time stakes winner, Ozara is seeking her first graded victory in Friday’s 1 1/16-mile contest.

Ozara’s most recent graded start was on June 14, when she was a close third in the Eatontown S. (G3), and in the Ballston Spa she will face Eatontown 1-2 finishers Whiskey Decision and Maggie Go. Ozara’s stiffest competition in the 12-horse field will likely come from Be Your Best (IRE), a four-time graded winner in 2025.

Ozara has strong credentials for Friday’s race; she is undefeated on the Saratoga grass, and is 2-1-1 in four starts on the turf at the distance.

Trained by Miguel Clement, Ozara will be ridden by Dylan Davis and break from post 3. Post time for the Ballston Spa, race 8, is 5:12 pm ET.
