Taralena, who began her career at Gulfstream Park early this year, returns to the south Florida track on Dec. 30 for the $75,000 Via Borghese S. at 1 3/16-miles on the turf.

After being ridden by Joel Rosario in her past three, races, the 4-year-old filly will have Nick Juarez up for trainer Christophe Clement on Saturday.

Taralena has given a good account of herself in nearly all of her 10 lifetime starts, finishing in the top 3 on eight occasions, including a pair of stakes placings. She’s earned $180,700 for Cheyenne Stables to date.

The Via Borghese drew a field of 12, with Taralena assigned post 8. Post time is 4:37 p.m. ET for the 10th race on the card.
